The teaser trailer I’m making is a psychological horror, in order for me to create my own tagline for my poster of my film ‘House II’ I looked at several other posters within the same genre of psychological horrors, listed in the blog below. I found lots of similarities within the taglines on the poster:
- References to death
- Taglines directly referencing the audience such as ‘You’
- References to mystery – a sense of mystery
- Taglines directly talking about someone controlling you, ‘they’, ‘forecast’etc:
- Lots of words that make the audience scared
- Lots of references to threat and danger.
